Why water is important in our life?
For Men
Now we have to come to our topic and question according to science Men need to drink 3.5 to 3.8 liter water in a day because less amount lead to shortness of water and high quantity of water lead to excess water which is also harmful for human health.
For Women
On the other side womens need to take 2.5 to 2.8 liter water in a day.
Most of Peoples believe that 7 to9 glass of water is enough for human health but this thought is very wrong because 7 or 9 glass of water is not enough for human health.
